Revocation Right for Consumers
(A ‘consumer’ is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction which, to an overwhelming extent, cannot be attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activities.)

Revocation Right
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without specifying any reasons.

The revocation period is:

  • For physical products: 14 days from the day you or a third party nominated by you (not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
  • For digital products: 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, provided the right of withdrawal has not expired as outlined below.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Andreas Wolff, Altenhofer Weg 2, 96450 Coburg, Telephone: ‭0151 43874965‬, E-Mail: shop@andreaswolffmusic.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from selecting a different delivery method than the cheapest standard option offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from receiving the revocation notice. We will use the same payment method as in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

For physical products:

  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.
  • You must return the goods immediately and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
  • You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
  • You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the products.


For digital products:

  • The right of withdrawal shall expire in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content, not on a tangible medium, that obliges the consumer to pay a price if the consumer:
    • Has expressly consented to the entrepreneur commencing performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period.
    • Has confirmed awareness that their right of withdrawal expires upon the commencement of the performance of the contract.
    • The entrepreneur has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, but no later than when the digital content is made available.
